He is super responsive to emails and phone calls. He was always well prepared for the showings with all the details and research handy. On at least two occasions he encouraged us to wait and not settle for a house that didn't meet all our criteria. Commission was clearly not his only goal. He was never pushy and I never found him out of patience even though he had to stand in at least three inspections that we got done.
